Returns | Exchanges
_ We want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at HAYA. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods.
_ To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition and state as received. Make sure the Product is new and unused and accompanied by its original packaging. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Any violation of the vision, quality or integrity of the Product and / or its packaging may affect the amount that we must refund or disregard of your right to return / replace the Product.
_ Please, email us at STUDIO@hayabrand.com in advance to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return purchased goods and to start your exchange or return process. Please do not ship your exchange/return back without our authorization, as it will not be processed.
_ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you can choose when you want to replace your item with another HAYA piece or get a store credit (valid for 1 year).
_ If there is a manufacturing fault and your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
_ We can’t refund the original shipping charges. The return shipping is also at your expense.
_Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
