_ If the product you ordered is available in-stock in the specified size, will be sent as soon, as your order is processed. Otherwise is made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for crafting and production.

_ All Orders are dispatched and delivered with DHL Express Delivery /2-4 work days/ or standard UPS trackable delivery /5-7 work days/ to your door unless otherwise stated.

_ Once your order is shipped you will receive an informative e-mail with the information of the order and a delivery tracking code and a link to see your item location and progress.

_ Please note that customs clearance, international holidays and other unexpected circumstances may delay your package. We have little control over such circumstances, but will do everything we can to resolve shipping problems at your best interest.

_ In case the order wasn’t shipped successfully because of incorrect information, provided by the customer (contact number, address, etc.) of if the customer doesn’t accept the shipment, the shipping is still at the expense of the customer. We will keep the sum for the shipping expenses (the returning of the product as well) from the total order sum.
